If you do not like an item ordered, if an item does not fit or if you do not wish to keep it for any other reason, you can exercise your statutory right of revocation within a period of 60 days without giving a reason. The revocation period starts on the day on which you, or any third party designated by you, who is not the freight forwarder, took possession of the items of the most recent order. To comply with the revocation period it is sufficient to send the notice of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period. In the event of depreciation of the returned items, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss in value in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions. This does not apply if the depreciation is entirely the result of an examination of the item as a customer would examine it in a retail shop, for example, in a fitting. We therefore recommend - if you wish to return an item - that you use it only for the purposes of such examination.
