Shipping and shipping costs
We currently deliver to customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, France, the Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, Spain, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
The ETERNA Online Shop offers free standard delivery to the United Kingdom on all orders. However, ETERNA makes a one-off charge of £ 8.00 for packaging if the order value is below £ 30.00.
In the case of goods being available ex stock, customers in Germany will generally receive their goods within a maximum of three working days after acceptance of their order. A delivery time of four to six weeks applies to custom-made articles manufactured with the ETERNA shirt configurator.

Where can I have my shipment delivered?
ETERNA generally delivers to any address: your home or your office, or to family, friends or neighbours. The invoice will be sent to the billing address. Orders from abroad will be accepted if you order from a country where ETERNA operates shops (Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, France, the Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom).
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notice with a tracking code, which you can use to track your order.
You can also check the current status of your order in 'My ETERNA' if you are registered as a customer with us.
What happens if I am not at home when the goods are delivered?
If you are not at home when the goods are delivered, the parcel delivery service will leave a notification card and the parcel will be taken to your nearest postal service branch. There you can pick up your parcel within seven working days.
What happens if my parcel does not arrive?
Please contact our customer service if your parcel does not arrive at the indicated shipping address within seven working days after receipt of the dispatch notice.
What do I do if my parcel is damaged?
In this case, please do not accept the parcel. If you have already accepted the parcel, notify the parcel delivery service of the damage. Take the damaged parcel to your nearest parcel delivery service branch office. Please keep in mind that the damage notification must be submitted within seven working days from the date of delivery. The damaged parcel remains with the parcel delivery service and can be returned to you after the damage incident has been processed.
