If you wish to pay by credit card, please enter the credit card number, the 3-digit card validation code, the valid until date and your name when ordering. The card validation code can be found on the rear of the card (on the signature field). The customer is the credit card holder. Since we do not store your credit card data, it is necessary to enter your credit card data in our shop each time with each order.
PayPal is an online payment service with which you can pay safely, simply and quickly and the PayPal account does not cost you anything at all. Your bank account or credit card data are stored only at PayPal. Therefore they are not sent over the Internet again with each online purchase that makes PayPal payments particularly safe. In addition, you pay very simply with just two clicks, because you make use of your bank account or credit card data held by PayPal instead of entering them again every time you make a purchase. Amazon Payments enables you to use the payment data held by Amazon in our online shop (i.e. not directly with Amazon) in order to make payments. Ordering through Amazon Payments is very simple. If you already have an Amazon.de customer account, then Amazon has already created an Amazon Payment account for you. All shipping is free of charge. However, ETERNA makes a one-off charge of €8.00 for packaging if the order value is below €30.00.

If available ex stock, customers in Belgium receive their order after a maximum of six working days. A delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks applies to custom-made articles manufactured with the ETERNA shirt configurator.
Yes, you can check the status of your order at any time in your personal customer account. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse you can track the shipment. To this end you will receive an email containing the parcel number and a link to our parcel service partner. There you can check the current status of your parcel at any time.
You don't like the goods you ordered or theyre damaged? In that case you naturally have the possibility to revoke your order within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The revocation does not have to mention any reason, but must be made in writing by post, email or fax, or by returning the goods. Sending the goods or revocation within the revocation period is sufficient to comply with the period. We bear the risk of damage to the goods during the return transport. As an additional service we also take care of the costs of the goods return.

If the goods have already been paid for, we will transfer the money to the bank account specified by you on the goods return form. Refunds for orders paid by credit card will be credited to your credit card account.
We dispatch our products with the Parcel Force/DHL, because we wish to offer our customers excellent service and our experience with the speed and reliability of the Parcel Force/DHL has been very good.
If you're not at home when the goods are delivered, we will either give the parcel to one of your neighbours or come again the next day. If you're not at home then either, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Parcel Force office, where you can pick it up.
The goods return is free of charge for you if you use the attached goods return form and take your parcel to a branch of the Parcel Force.
